The accompanying photo shows an inlay jar decorated with gold and silver using the technique of nunome-zogan, which is representative of the beautiful art crafts created with splendid techniques that were extremely popular in the West around the time of the Meiji era. We are also exhibiting other works including examples of metalwork, cloisonne work, lacquerwork, inro, Kyo-Satsuma pottery, netsuke, etc.
